How The 1-on-1 Super Sleep Method Works:

  • Two 1-on-1 sessions in central Cambridge (all are with Sam).

  • During the first session we identify your main barrier to sleep and tailor a plan to your lifestyle and needs.

  • You put that simple plan into action with Sam's support.

  • During the second session we review what's proved effective for you and what hasn't, adjust your Super Sleep Method habit chain and book in a review via phone or email for one month's time.

  • Please hold in mind that the Super Sleep Method does not guarantee that you will Sleep great forever. It's about achieving an improvement (big or small) while helping you feel more in control of an improved sleep, as and when you need to.
