This is a draft Mini NSDR practice, shared to help support everyone now before I record some final, more refined versions later in 2026.

NSDR gently moves the body into a deeply restorative state, helping to replenish depleted energy rather than actively training attention.

It is a more passive practice than meditation and is often used as a powerful recovery tool, with studies showing it can increase dopamine levels linked to motivation.
