1. What do I need to do? Express your gratitude - a simple thank you - to one person (or a group of people) once per month during 2018.

2. How will I benefit? Studies show that you will reduce stress, increase self compassion and strengthen relationships (all proven by science).

3. How will others benefit? You help them reduce stress, increase confidence and feel valued (all proven by science).
