Step 1: Book in your mini 20 min phone conversation. Create the space for someone to really listen to you, understand your situation and be focused on meeting your needs. (Every session is confidential).

Step 2: Together we will identify some tiny, proven actions, to help get some core things ticked off your to-do list, reduce difficult emotions and recharge & refocus.

Step 3: To make sure you convert desire into action we help you keep your specific commitment promise to yourself. Using techniques from behavioural science; we keep you on task and focused.

Step 4: Effective rewards help strengthen confidence. Which is why, one week after your mini session, we send you a tiny edible one. This acknowledgement of your efforts also includes a small guide (best of the best techniques) to help you lay the foundation for strong Recharge & Refocus habits in the future.

The Inspiration - story behind it all
