3 of my learns from 2015:
1. More information wont save us. Learning to put (just a tiny useful bit) into action, will.2. Its hard to manage the expectations of those we love. But our quality of life improves in proportion with our ability to do this (starting with ourselves).3. Laughter is probably the easiest way (for most people) to return their attention to the present.
3 of my aims for 2016:
1. Help the people I love most, feel supported. Being there, without placing conditions on my help.2. Go on a family holiday that involves a sleeper train and wide open spaces.3. Have a fire once a week - it always makes things feel a tiny bit better.
